Nneka graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and began her career with Shoppers Drug Mart in 2010. After becoming licensed in Ontario, she became an Associate-Owner and is now a multi-store franchise owner of four pharmacies in Toronto. Driven by a passion for innovative, wholistic care and lifelong learning, she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida in 2015, is a certified diabetes educator, and a registered health coach with the Health Coach Alliance of Canada.
Nneka serves on professional committees with the Ontario College of Pharmacists and actively mentors students from the University of Toronto, the University of Waterloo, and local colleges. She also precepts for OCP's technician and pharmacist training programs. Deeply committed to equity, Nneka participates in outreach initiatives for marginalized youth and women-focused leadership programs, aiming to inspire and uplift the next generation of pharmacy professionals—especially women and individuals from racially marginalized communities.
