Taiwo-Hanna
Registered Social Worker
Hi! I’m Tolulola Taiwo-Hanna (Tolu), a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Ontario with a Bachelor’s in Social Work (minor in Psychology) and a Master’s in Social Work. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families across women’s mental health, general psychiatry, and gerontology, helping them navigate life transitions, trauma (including racial trauma and microaggressions), grief, conflict, relationships, and low self-esteem. As a Nigerian-Canadian, my practice is rooted in Afrocentric and anti-oppressive values, grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection with ourselves, others, and something greater. I use an integrative, client-centred approach that draws from various modalities and lived experience. Together, we’ll work toward healing, alignment with your values, and a deeper sense of self-love and compassion for those around you.
